| The FAQ's. Group members have worked together to answer the most commonly asked questions posed by newcomers. These FAQ's are of necessity, very short. So be sure to consult the many essays, reviews and scientific papers on the main websites for fuller answers. | |
| The Archive Our database is protected from scanning and search engines, because it is after all the private opinion and experience of our mail list members, and not for dispersal on the internet or harvesting of email addresses. So you will be asked a simple gate keeper question. Please don't mind. The database is updated each hour and goes back to 2000. The search engine provided is much more flexible and useful than the Yahoo one, but more importantly, only the last 6 months or so is there since we overflow the available space with around 50 emails a day. | |
| Members Only This page requires login. It is a place where members can share something of their story and perhaps a picture of themselves. The disembodied voices of e-mail seem sometimes so impersonal this is a means of introducing friends around the world to each other. But to avoid abuse of this private information it is by permission only. If you would like to share in this please e-mail Yannick. |

| The Family History. The "Best Bet Diet" is an ongoing exploration using diet to control multiple sclerosis. Medical exploration of this goes back to the 1940's with no small degree of success. In 1996, Ashton Embry of Canada made an extensive research of the scientific literature on behalf of his son. See MS-DIRECT. This made plain that diet offers the most promise for those afflicted with MS to do what might be done. Andrew Watson of Scotland and Brian Pile of England started a support group based on Ashton's work with a website MS-DIET.ORG that now is the jewel in one of the world's best MS support websites - MSRC.CO.UK And they started an e-mail support group. It is this flood of helpful discussion that is here archived and made manageable with a powerful search engine. | |
